It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. gmp99 makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate in any specific jurisdiction outside Malaysia, and access from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the player's sole risk and responsibility.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gmp99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Funds wagered on gmp99 Services that result in a loss are not refundable. By placing any wager on the platform, you accept that gaming outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes and that losses resulting from those outcomes are final. Chargebacks or disputed transaction claims submitted to payment providers in relation to gaming losses constitute a material breach of this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gmp99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the gmp99 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service. gmp99's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gmp99's negligence.

Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable under gmp99's international gaming authority licensing jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and gmp99 arising from or related to your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through gmp99's internal customer support escalation process. gmp99 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of a formal complaint being lodged.
